My favorite beers are double iPAís and while this is drinkable, Iím not sure how itís received such high markings here. It pours a very light orange/caramel color. The extra hops are definitely there but the beer is lacking in other qualities making the hops the only thing I can taste (stoneís ruination ipa is a gpor example of how to do it right. There is very little aroma as well. Bought a large case at Costco and itís good enough that Iíll finish it but Iím disappointed in the long run.

12 ounce bottle. Pours a light copper, particulate matter and turbid. Nose of orange and a hint of pine. Taste is somewhat of an acrid bitter that coats the tongue with slime. Not the best.

@ Bridgeport brewpub 16-3-10: en imperial ipa som saknar det mesta. Lite sŲtaktig malt och klorat vatten.

On tap at the Brewpub. Hazy orange with a white head. Hoppy with grass, malt and some grapefruit. Also warming alcohol. The finish was really bitter.

Medium orange with a tall pillowy head. Heavy malts over this bitter orange and citrus hopped DIPA. Some light floral notes. A bit sweet, fruity, and bitter. A slightly off-putting finish, however, makes this not one Iíll be coming back to very often. Still, decent enough.

Bottled. Cloudy copper. Has a upfront hop taste. Grassy piney hops. After a couple drinks a orangy flavor pops out but mostly the grassy hops. Decent

Tap at the brewpub. Slightly hazy light orange pour with a clingy white head. Citrus rind, bitter. A little underflavored and under-aromaíed for big IPAs here in 2015 - this one needs a new coat of paint.

Bottle. Tastes very malty and boozy, nutty and like stale grapefruit. Light/medium body and low carbonation.

Bottle. A: Cloudy orange with an off-white head. N: Pineapple, orange syrup, pine, cracker, cracked peppercorn, earth, leaves, some coriander and floral elements. Hefty minerality. T: Goodly bitter and big sweetness. Well balanced. M: Medium body, very dry, prickly carbonation, no alcohol. O: Decent IIPA. Very fruity and dry. A bit on the artesian well side, though.

From a 12 oz bottle into a Saxo stem glass. Pours apricot gold with head and lace. Aroma of straw hops and malts. Significant carbonation and mouthfeel. Flavors of bitter field herbs, roots, straw hops, hay, grains, slight malts. Overall big, bold, bitter.

On tap @ Bridgeport. Clear orange colored beer with a dense white head. Fresh grass clippings and huge weed nose. A bit of the sweet caramel malt thing coming through. Maybe some apple, which I could do without. The bitterness is really intense. A ton of grass, citrus rind, pine, and weed. A little too much for me.
