Dark orange coloured ale, slighly hazy, with a gorgeous thick, creamy off white head.
Nice grassy/lemony hop aromas.Slighly flowery.
Nice solid refeshing lemon-grass hop flavours, stay right to the end and beyond. Some malts.
Pretty nice on the palate, quite good.
Drinkable beer..but i can help thinking this would have been far better in its first month.

UPDATED: NOV 9, 2009 Poured a transluscent dark orange with a moderately large white head. Aroma was fairly light and floral, and a touch lemony. Flavor started out with a touch of sweet caramel malt and becomes woody, dry, grapefruity, and a bit grassy.

2009 Bottle - Pours orange with a large off white head...aroma is floral and fresh, grassy and clean...flavour is similar, not too bitter, pine and some citrus hops, some grainy grit...fairly sweet caramel that lingers...

The last thing I though I’d wonder, with this beer, is where the heck the hops went. Nonetheless, I couldn’t really find them. Yes, fresh hops are subtler than dried, but if this has been "triple hopped" they should be here somewhere, and the beer itself - without them - is nothing to write home about.

Super fresh bomber from ditmier - thanks, Eric! Deep orange pour, with a slight haze to the look of it and a moderate but very pert carbonation. Very fragrant hop perfume in the nose, a bit of grass but mostly quite succulent and floral. Very nice mouthfeel, full but also quite clean, nothing grainy or overly oily about it. Biscuity malts present right at the first sip, but they blend quite nicely with the very flavorful hops, bitter pine coming in at the finish to challenge the semi-sweet malts. Nothing world-beating but a very enjoyable wet hop ale.

22 oz. in Bend , OR. I’m not too happy with this buy... it tastes just like a Meister Brau all hopped up on roids! For $5 a 22 oz.- I could get a 24 pack of Meister Brau (and I would) for the same price... if I could find one?
PS. I started this rating right after my first couple of sips of this beer. I have to admit with the 7% alc. by vol. I’m starting to feel it... just like I felt drinking a 12 pack of Meister Brau at my junior prom. and that was over 15 years ago!!!

22 oz bottle via Liquid Sol (thanks Matt). Pours a hazy orange with an average sized off white head. Nose is floral and herbal hops, not as strong as i would like. Taste starts and ends sweet. Caramel, orange mandarin, pineapple, a bit of grassiness then more orange mandarin in the finish. I am a little dissappointed in how sweet this is. However with that said, it is a VERY tasty beer, i would have thought this was an amber ale though, not a fresh hop harvest Ale. So setting expectations aside (hard to do) this is a tasty outstanding beer that i could drink all day.
