One of my favorite beers. This is definitely a beer I look forward to on a regular basis. Great taste and flavor along with a solid bitter finish. I find everything to be in the right balance. Does not disappoint.
4.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20 Stellaaaa (213) - Tennessee, USA - OCT 25, 2009
Pours a rich, cloudy yellow with a thick off-white head. It has a fresh, crisp aroma of lemons, hops and malt. It tastes of delicious, sweet malt, citrus and hops. A very well-balanced, flavourful beer. Has a nice mouthfeel that is not watery but not overpowering either.
3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 blukarma (17) - Rocky Face, Georgia, USA - OCT 24, 2009
A notch belolw Lagunitas IPA but at 2 bucks cheaper a sixer it is a wash. Same grapefruit smell when opened. Carbonation is a bit lighter, but the taste is excellent. NIce bitter with no aftertaste. I heartily approve.

Awesome IPA! I’ve had this beer a couple of times and enjoyed it every time. At $8 a sixer is a good price. But while staying up in Sunriver, OR for vacation, stocking up at Costco for the week. Saw a case of this for $22 Great price. so I bought 3 cases. One case for vacation and two for back home in Marin County. Hops and carmel done Perfect. Well balanced IPA... bottle conditioned helps with keeping it Real.
