12 oz bottle pours a hazy golden with a medium white head. Aroma of citrusy hops. Flavor is of hops and a nice malty backbone with a nice bitter finish.

Pours a hazy amber body with a small head. Huge citrusy aroma with the hops. Nice malt balance here. Carmel in the flavor as well, feels slightly syrupy, which is what I like in an IPA. All of the fruity flavors assert themselves upfront with the piney hops following in back. Malt exists in a generic sweetness manner, but nothing very definable. Overall a drinkable IPA, however somewhat unremarkable.

Clear orange pour with a thick white head. Very hoppy aroma with lots of citrus and banana. Mild hop flavor, though not as intense as expected from the aroma. Some malt. Not particularly good, but smooth and easy to drink.

Comes out of the bottle yellow and turn burnt orange in the glass. It’s cloudy and looks unfiltered. Has a large frothy head that settles down to 3/4 inch too soon. Smells like sour funky malt and hops. Must be made in horizontal brew kettles. Mouthfeel is frothy and creamy good. Taste is just medium bitter and kinda boring. There is a little citrus (orange) flavor in the beer. Lacing is superb. Just like I remembered it last summer. Unfortunately had to buy it again to remember enough for the rating.

Very good IPA, one of the best I have ever had. Good crisp taste with a nice finish. I would definitely buy this one again soon

[1105-20080217] Bottle (at Cedars Restaurant, Seattle, WA). Grassy hops aroma. Clear, light orange brown body with a medium-lasting foamy white head. More toasted grassy hops in the flavour with a hint of bitter spice. Medium body. Great with our tasty shared orders of butter chicken, tikka masala and chicken curry (plus an interesting selection of bottles in the fridges!).

A great beer! It has a great look and taste. I even used it to cook with and it made my corn beef and cabbage taste so much better. Very good and quite affordable.
