Beautiful amber color. Delicate hoppy aroma. Good flavor, not extreme, malt with fruity hops. Refreshing. Playing darts, in Houston, on Christmas night… strange experience.

Hazy golden amber with slow moving tiny bubbles and an inch thick bleached white head. Very nice appearance. Hops are a little musty in the aroma, with peachy accents and some pine as well. Moderate bitterness...body again a bit musty, I guess from the yeast. This dulls the palate a bit more than I’d like. There is an even balance between simplistic but well-extracted pale malt base and a somewhat generic hoppiness. Using so many varieties is not something I’m a fan of...the hop character becomes indistinct. I’m getting shades of this and that, but nothing specific. The finish is dry, a bit harsh with that yeastiness.
