3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 12/20
Draft at the Public House, Port Townsend. Gorgeous orange body with a clean white head--picture-perfect. Fruity citrus nose. Easy drinking medium body with mild carb. Nice understated malt with some more fruit and pine for the finishing hop. Beautifully made, solidly conceived and very drinkable all-day IPA.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle: Golden, quite hazy, large frothy white head, fantastic lacing, suspended sediment, nearly non-existant carbonation. Minor floral and citrus nose, with an underlying hop that is barely noticable. Extremely soft hop bitterness, not at first, but halfway through. This seems a lot more floral and less hoppy than I remembered. It also seems to be fairly average in body, but with a decent creamy mouthfeel. Clean finish, not as hop assertive as I would have liked tho.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
On tap at California Brewfest. This light amber ale poured with a short white head. The aroma was very hoppy and so was the flavor.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle: Hazed golden hue with a lasting frothy head and good lacing on the pint glass. The aroma has notes of piney and grassy hops, biscuit and pale malts, earthy esters, and a touch of hop spice. The taste is quite reserved for an PNW IPA, the hops seemed nicely balanced with the malt bill. Only the finish displays the true character of the brew with a piney snap, tasty citric notes and a subdued spicy quaility. The feel is crisp and astringent upon the finish. I liked this for NOT being over-the-top. Quite refreshing and quaffable.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Cask at the Bridgeport Brewery.
Slightly cloudy dark gold color with lace. Very fruity citrus aroma; nice hops. Not very fragrant, but nice. Light malt flavor, fragrant grassy hops, pine, reasonably bitter finish. This alone of the cask beers was better than the keg version, which was very cardboardy.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Gold and hazy with a nice soapy head and a ton of lacing. Nice mild grapefruit aroma. It smells like it will be dry. Grapefruit bitterness through and through. Not overly bitter, but a nice dry bitterness with just enough malt to lend a fruity sweet balance. Not overly amazing, but a very solid drinkable IPA.

Cask@Bridgeport. This was amazing on cask. Loads of bitter hops. English style, rather than US (well maybe not totally, but it leaned more towards the English style). Some lychee and citric rindy bitterness, bready and dry, and quite bitter, amazing cask character, good length, extremely tasty.
