2.2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Bottle. Pours a cloudy yellow straw, orange color with white head. Aroma is cereal and yeasty with very little hops. Possibly old? Not very inviting. Taste is bland with some cereal taste and some hops. Hops show up a little more as it warms. Decent but nothing to revisit.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Run of the mill but good enough (and only $4 so pretty cheap for Oz). More old skill than anything will bitter metallic flavours, as opposed to juicy, generous resiny hops. Just doesn’t really get going.

2.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
BB Aug-14. Poured a cloudy honey colour with a two- to three-finger light tan foamy head that retained well, leaving a thin foamy film to the end of the beer. Laced well. Carbonation high with large bubbles forming trails. Aroma of lovely floral and spicy hops with a hint of mild caramel malt. Taste of earthy hops bitterness with an oily/resin mouthfeel. Light body Dry hops bitterness on the finish. Quite OK.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
From 12 oz bottle. Pours a slightly hazy orange-amber with a tight and lasting white head and moderate carbonation. Aromas of pine, orange, grapefruit, caramel and flowers. Taste is fresh orange and citrus at the front backed by a caramel sweetness at the front, with a firm pine resin bitterness on the mid-palate. Sweet biscuits, spice and light orange at the back end. Very nice IPA.

"LIGHT GRAPEFRUIT" ???? Who the fuck said "LIGHT" grapefruit? This tastes like a glass of fresh squeezed grapefruit juice! Nothing else!!! Not that there’s anything wrong with that. But Jebus Kripes!!!!!! The flavor and bitterness of the aftertaste SCREAMS grapefruit! Bottle from Woodmans.

Pours slightly hazy golden amber colour with medium white head and nice lacing. Aroma is floral with hints of grapefruit and pine. A little soapy. Thin to medium body. Taste has adequate malt backing, but doesn’t have a punchy bitterness that I had hoped for. Finish is clean.

Reviewed from notes. She pours a hazy golden color and leaves about the same colored body with a two and a half finger white foamy head that rises a bit and falls, lacing is very clingy and has a thick foaminess. The aroma has big bold hops, floral yet piney, subtle sweet maltiness tries to linger forward as it warms, but mainly combines wonderfully. The taste has a nice super smooth bittersweetness all the way through into the aftertaste, as the caramel malts combine fantastically with the bitter hops, leaves a dry finish. On the palate, this one sits about a light to medium, fairly sessionable, carbonation seems a bit under for an AIPA, but actually just makes this one better for the summer. Overall, in my opinion, this is a spectacular AIPA for the summer that I would have again.
