3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
12-oz bottle. It poured a clear orange body with a respectable light beige head that provided loads of lace. The aroma had sweet dried fruits covered heavily by musty floral scents. The flavor was fruity with a dollop of caramel and an earthy bitterness that strengthened in the dry finish. Definitely a brew that Iíd drink more of.

A medium bodied American Strong Ale. The malts are caramel and sweet. The hops are piney and floral. Decent carbonation. Nice balance. Nice hoppy finish. Bitterness kind of builds and lingers. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

Deep garnet colored brew from the bottle with a thin light kahki head. The nose has lots of cotton candy along with some caramel. There is also a little bit of bubblegum and apples. The taste is dry apple core with old caramel. There is also some wood and glue in the finish. A little bit of plastic. Bleh.
