3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pours slightly hazy solar golden with a thick and frothy ivory head. Aroma is not strong but has nice fruity and malty tones. Flavor adds a pinch of hops and a whisper of lemon to the mix - still not spectacular, but refreshing. Average body and fizz round out a typical but satisfying ale. Enjoy it at a ball game, or while watching one, or just any time you need to take the edge off the summer heat.

12oz single picked up at the COOP.. Pours a slightly hazed straw golden.. short-lived 1/2" white head.. Clean pale malts on the nose punctuated by grassy hops and something that lets you know some PNW bitterness is coming. This is definitely a "NW Golden" good bitterness helps make up for the lack of flavor hops.. Light lemony hops as it warms up.. Pretty drinkable, but I doubt I will buy it again

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
On tap @ Bridgeport. Hazy golden straw pour with white head. Grainy and malty with a touch of banana and applesauce on the nose. A bit of grass and maybe some earthy notes. The flavor is kind of bitter on the finish, but there is a fair bit of sweet fruity esters and cereal grain. Lingering bitterness to it is kind of annoying.

12oz bottle poured into a Shaker at 40°. Color is a hazy golden yellow with fizzy carbonation and a rocky white head. Aroma is crystal malt and hop spice. It has a lighter medium body with a crisp mouth feel. Flavor comes on with mild malt giving it just a hint of sweetness backed by a hop spice, white pepper and a faint bitterness. After taste is clean with a citrus note. Overall its a nice easy drinking brew just a little boring.

Bottle. Pours a pretty cloudy tan color with a moderate off-white head on there. Nose has a bit of wheat coming through, but is dominated by a nice citrus hop character with a hint of dankness. Taste is bready and earthy with a bit of sour and bitterness. Interesting...
