Bottle at home. Just about average in every way, which, since it comes from Bridgeport, is a bit of a dissapointment. Pours an average copper amber color, with average tan head. The smell is of syrup and malt, kind of nondescript, like the taste. Finishes biscuity and sweet. I don’t feel like it was a wasted purchase, but not something that I would go out of my way to get.

Nov 20, 2008 This was a weird beer. Poured a thin white head that dissipated quickly. Slightly darker in color than icea tea.
Limited smell, mostly malt with a very neutral mouthfeel. Didn’t pick up much with these two senses.
Sweet malty finish that eventually turned to slightly bitter in the finish.
Nothing special about this beer until the finish. It’s actually not a particularly good beer until the sweet then bitter finish, which saves this beer making it drinkable

Oct 23, 2008 Amber pour with small white head that lingers on and on. Funky aroma and even funkier taste, maybe some fruit and nuts but hard to discern. Very disappointing.

Oct 21, 2008 Draught. High fluffy off-white lasting head. Clear amber body. Honey apple pear aroma and flavor with little hops bitterness, low carbonation and a long sweet aftertaste.
