Aug 1, 2003 Medium gold color. Small head. Aroma is malty and fruity. A medium bodied saison. Malts are fruity and sweet. Hops are spicy. Smooth tasting. Fruity and very clean. Slight taste of barnyard, leather and must are balanced with apples and bubblegum. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.

Jul 29, 2003 Dark straw colored with a clean and grassy nose. Thin for sure and unfortunately, that was my first impression. Boring. Real boring.

Jun 27, 2003 Had at the wonderfully SMOKE-FREE Bridgeport Brewery in Portland. Sugar, bubble-gum hop fruit aroma. Clear amber appearance. Apple juice flavor and consistency. Wet finish, even carbonation. It's light enough to be appreciated during a porch-sitting, but not an ideal session ale.
