3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Hazy pink and light violet coloured body with a ruby glow and a nice one centimetre tall tan head. Aroma of cherries, raspberries, strong blackberries, icing sugar and a bit of lemons. Medium-bodied; Strong malt flavour at first with a large raspberry and blueberry flavour and a bit of citrus character and a hint of mint and herbs. Aftertaste shows a lot of malty notes, some subdued unrefined sugars and a lot of fruit flavours with a plentiful amount of sweetness. Overall, a nice beer with a lot of fruit flavours and a good malt backbone throughout. I sampled this 65 cL bottle purchased from Made in Oregon in Portland, Oregon (PDX Terminal D) on 28-September-2013 for US$6.50 sampled at my brother-in-laws house in Milton, Connecticut on 27-November-2013.

Tastes are powdered sugar, berries, and lemon. Light bodied, watery mouthfeel, and dry finish. Watery with no depth of flavor.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Poured from a 22 ounce bomber. The aroma is a bit syrupy, raspberries, soft malt character. The berries are tart and they add a slight tannic dryness. The Belgian yeasty is noticeable in the flavor, slight phenolics. This is a little bland, either a more pronounced fruit character or Belgian beer charterer would make this more interesting.

2.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 6/20
Tart fruit aroma. Pours a hazy golden pink with a white ring and no lacing. The taste is mildly fruity and mildly tart. Really, there isn’t much taste at all until the very end when you get subtle fruit sweetness and a hint of tartness. Light body and moderate, but crisp carbonation. Overall, disappointing. Sadly, not much taste going on here.

Orangey pink color, reddish pink head. Carbonated, very sweet. Nothing tart in this beer at all. Hopefully the next iteration of this beer lives up to its name.

1.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 3/20
Sounds like a sour beer but really, it just sucks. Not tart, nor sour, just bad beer with a slight berry taste. Nasty..

651 ml. bottle. Pours a medium, well retained lightly pink, off white head, with hints of lacing, over a slightly hazy medium amber (SRM 13) body......nose is light cereal from the malts, light herbs, from the hops, dominant raspberry, lighter blackberry, slight blueberry from the fruit additions.....taste light cereal from the malts, light bitterness from the hops, dominant berry sweetness from the raspberry, blackberry, blueberry, finish is almost dry with lightly bitter tones....mouth feel light of medium, alcohol hidden, slight astringency, carbonation adds a soda quality. The fruits dominate this overly much, with the result being a slightly dry, mildly bitter fruity beverage. BJCP 7/3/12/4/6
