jake65 (1658), Williston, North Dakota, USA Aug 24, 2008 Bottle: Cloudy brownish amber pour with a fluffy beige head. Nose is tart and fruity. Sour. Tastes tart and oaky. Some sharp fruity sours and a bit of the pucker factor. Wow, this was a fun brew. Thanks to BuckeyeBoy for sharing. pinkzambia (986), Boise, Idaho, USA Aug 23, 2008 Bottle: Funky called Medina. Amber-maroon color, not clear. It has a fizzy head that dissipates quickly. Yeasty, funky aroma with a slight berry touch. The taste is much more about Oregon Marion berries than the aroma. It does have a bit of a wine thing going on, mainly the oak influence. It is tart, akin to a Flemish sour ale, but with the flavor going in a different direction. Thanks BuckeyeBoy! IndianaRed (1553), Boise, Idaho, USA Aug 23, 2008 Murky redish brown with a thin beige fizzy head. Funky must tart aroma with some faint berry notes hiding in th background. Woody barrl lik flavors with a moderate carbonation.
Late faint dusty trailer.
Th ABV is very subtle for 8pct BuckeyeBoy (1645), Boise, Idaho, USA Aug 23, 2008 Bottle Pours out hazy dark pink topped with a sand head. Aroma of the 8% sour raspberries. Tast of bitter tart fruit. A tasty brew almost like a La folle. With raspberries. BrewDad (2363), Olympia, Washington, USA Aug 12, 2008 22oz Bomber - Gravity Beer Market - Olympia, WA

Palate – Great Mouthfeel, Tart texture with a Good dry berry finish.
Overall – This was a wonderful tart berry beer with the small oak flavoring added for good measure this beer will be a great beer to mix with dark chocolate beers.
HughConway (364), Alabama, USA Aug 7, 2008 Bottle. Pours ruby with slight head. Berry malt aroma. Tart berry flavor. Not very complex. BückDich (4793), McCall, Idaho, USA Aug 7, 2008 Bottle: Pours a ruby caramel color with little head and no lacing. The nose is musky with some light vinegar and berry notes, husky malt, caramel and some chewy fruit notes. The flavor is tart with a balanced oakiness, some cobbwebb and yeast esters and a sour funky tail. A little unassuming at 8% and packs more complexity than I’d give bridgeport. A fine fruit beer, I’d even call it a pseudo fruit lambic. chicagodri (1020), Chicago, Illinois, USA Aug 3, 2008 Pours a reddish brown with a thin head. Funky yeast/sour aroma. Tart, lots of carbonization. Finished very dry, hides the 8% very well. Interesting.
