Pours golden with a decent mild foam. Notes of dry strawberry, mellow malts, mellon, Dry in style. Not sweet at all. Decent. Better than I thought. I real bargain at $3.99.

Hazy amber with a slight pink tint and a small off-white head. Aroma of strawberry shortcake and a little sour yeast. The taste is actually surprisingly light on strawberry. It’s a little sweet and fruity, and a little malty and slightly bitter. A bit nondescript and artificial actually, kind of like fruity mineral water. Light-medium body with average carbonation and an abrupt finish.

Slightly tart sour fruitiness is all I get. Purfumy light strawberry flavor and a slight sweetness. Not much flavor or complexity. Just not much.

Tart. Crisp. Very strawberry. 7.5%. Definitely a fruit beer. Would have again on a hot summer day. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle:   Hazy amber, a little dirty, moderate frothy off-white head, spotty lacing, lively carbonation.   Fairly strong Mamba Strawberry candy like aroma on the nose.   Yeah, sure smells like Strawberry candy, well its not too strong but its there.   Tastes a little wheaty, with lots of artificial Strawberry flavor.   Pretty much comes across as advertised.   Feels pretty smooth, its actually got a decent body to it.   Nothing special, but for an American fruity type beer, its not half bad.   Nothing like New Glarus, but who is?   Bottle claims that its tart... I disagree.

7/28/11@ pap. Stumptown tart. Orange w/ a small white head. A faint ripe strawberries...stewed, grain, caramel-y sweetness, green grassy herby things, wet earth. F sweeter than the name indicates. Stem-y at, cooked berries, odd sweetness. Mf is weird, slick. 5.5/3/5.5/3/12

Poured vibrant gold with a pink tint and a large fluffy white head. Tastes and smells like Strawberry Shasta with yeast thrown in. Not as appalling as it might sound, but still by no means a good beer.

Golden in color, clear with a thick head. Nice tart aroma with a light malt backing. The flavor was rich and full of berries and sweetness. This was a excellent rendition of a fruit beer.
