UPDATED: FEB 8, 2012 Bottle..... It pours clear dark golden with a large fluffy white head...... The aroma is sweet and Belgian yeast..... the flavor is Belgian yeast, fruits, caramel and hops...with alcohol finish.... very nice mouthfeel....

This beer poors golden brown with more of a fizzy drink head then a beer head. It tastes bitter with a harsh palate.

33 cl. bottle @ home. Pours bright yellow with a firm big bubbled white head.
Yeaty aroma. Taste like I would describe it as a ’Duvel’ but maybe that’s my poor fram of reference. A strong fiery Belgian strong ale.

Smaakte anders dan ik ’m in herinnering had. Ruikt lekker naar bloemen, de smaak is lichtzoet en fruitig met een lichtbittere afdronk. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Ruikt als appelbloesem met kruiden; mooie wollige kraag voor de eerste paar minuten. Aardig wat koolzuur, maar niet overheersend. Smaak is divers, hazelnoten met wat vanille, een tedere bitterheid die doet verlangen naar nog een slok. Prima.

33cl bottle. Pours a nice golden/orange with a small head. Nose : Strong yeast. Very delicate cheese like aromas. Cherry alcohol typical for a strong Belgian ale : caramelized malts. Honey floral notes. Sip : Elegant body with a fine carbonation. Sweet honey malts with a little bitter and. Very small sourness from yeast and cherry. Warming alcohol. Overall : Typical Strong Belgian Ale. One glass otherwise you get wasted very quick.
