3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Citrus, yeast and malt nose, opaque yellow, pours a huge, tight, long lasting white head. Strong malt flavour to start, white grapefruit, yeast, the alcohol is noticed. Full bodied, very nicely balanced, a fine tongue tingle. Terrific!

Pale golden. Small white head.
Grassy and spicy. A bit too much alcohol coming through. Weissbier-notes.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle shared with HogTownHarry at Smokeless Joe . Pours a clear, very bubbly gold with a large lasting fluffy white head. Mild, dry aroma which I am not crazy about: yeasty with fruit, sweet sugary malt, alcohol and some "bottle" -- meh. Flavour is sweet with Belgian yeast, sweet malt, fruit, spices and alcohol -- better then the aroma suggests. Medium bodied. Tastes better then it smells, pretty good.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle (330ml). At Smokeless Joe, shared with blankboy. Our bottle said 9% ABV, but I’m sure this is it. Poured clear golden-amber, continuous bubbling post-pour, with a huge fluffy white lasting head and decent lacing. Very dry aroma, plenty of yeast, mild spice and alcohol, enough sweet candy malt to provide an acceptable backbone. Taste - very malty, a hint of ripe apples and skins, much spicier than the aroma, sweeter and not as dry - buy the alcohol’s still there ... Decent sugary body, alcoholic and somewhat spicy mouthfeel, decent carbonation and only a medium linger. Pretty nice - taste is a tad sweeter than I would like, but nice.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours brilliant golden with a fluffy off-white head. Aroma of bubble gum, intense fruity esters, and banana. Taste is fruity, estery, and alcohol with a nice peppery note. Mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with lush carbonation. Drink this one cold, it gets a bit too intense once it warms.

Bottled 33 cl, 9% CONTRARY to sprecifications here. Golden color, nice thick white head, good lcaing. Alcohol kicks in first, especially with high caronated first try. Soft bitterness remains. OK.
