12 oz (bottled June 2001). Burnt orange liquid with smallish white, fairly lasting, head. Most of the floaties and yeast sediment are stuck to the bottom of the bottle, so this one is really amazingly clear. Aroma is apple cider vinegar, pinesol, and some earthy funkiness. Taste is pretty similar with some lambic-like sour fruitiness - maybe apples and raspberries. I don’t tink this beer was trying to be a competitor of Rodenbach Grand Cru style, but it tastes similar after this amount of aging, just not as vinegary - and better in my opinion.

Gold color. Thin head but well carbonated. Light fruit in the aroma. Lots of fruit in the flavor and a medium palate. A light and fruity ale, actually pretty good if not great.

Cloudy amber coloration. Dense, consistent and persistent cream. Floral and fruit aroma , in interesting balanced, beyond malte. Presence of spices, mainly clove. Average carbonation, in the measure. In the palate, it folloies the aroma sufficiently, especially in malte. Average body. Evident, but very well inserted alcohol. Excellent beer.............................................. Coloração âmbar opaca. Creme denso, consistente e persistente. Aroma floral e frutado, em interessante balanceado, além do malte. Presença de especiarias, principalmente cravo. Carbonatação média, na medida. No paladar, acompanha bastante o aroma, especialmente no malte. Corpo médio. Álcool evidente, mas muito bem inserido. Ótima cerveja.

Bottled. An orange coloured beer with a big white head and a little lacing. The aroma is very yeasty and there are reasonable hops also. Lots of house yeast notes in the flavour too with peppery hops. Thick and heavy alcoholic flavours. Sippable but a bit OTT.

750 ml bottle. Golden colour and a slight haze. Very tall white head with tig bubbles. Crisp hop aroma much like other tripels. Dry and citrusy. Potent alcohol, but quite smooth. Light malty flavours, but quite thin. Not my favourite.
