On tap at Teresa’s Next Door. Pours a mostly translucent golden with a medium bubbly/foamy white head that left some lacing. Aroma of tropical fruits, pineapple, candi sugar, some green apple and nice Belgian yeast esters. Flavor of green apple, peppery notes, light alcohol, Belgian yeast, overall pretty dry with some slight lingering Belgian candi sugar. Got some hops along with some banana and clove in both flavor and aroma.

33 cl bottle, bought in shop in Oostende. Clear amber color, big foamy off-white head. Aroma is fruity and spicy. Flavor is fruity and a bit spicy, with a dry malty and hoppy finish.

I bought this beer despite the incredibly stupid label - pours clear gold, with an impressive, thick, frothy head - a lot of herbs and spices in the nose, with notes of lavender, rosemary, coriander, honey - as acrdz notes, the combination of herbs does remind one of soap, which is kind of a turn-off - there is some skunky euro hop presence underneath there as well - lemon, honey, and tart, nearly sour herbal components up front, followed by some warm spiciness - lemon verbena, lavender, rose hips - this really does taste like a mouthful of bath and body works - a lot of honey-ish sweetness in the finish - gets a little medicinal as it warms, and the alcohol becomes a bit too present - seems like a sweet, strong saison that they added way too many herbs and flowers to - overdone and lacking balance.

Draft @ Paradiso in DC. Cloudy soft hazed yellow with a pure white head. Instant heavy spices in the nose, creamed coriander, mint, honey, lavender, soap, honey, perfume-heavy, you get the picture. Unfortunately it doesn’t taste that different... soapy, peppery, anise, heavy creamed coriander and lemon-honey... a bit too assertive and brash on the palate, and waaaay too forward with the bathroom-dish herbs.

Bottle. Pours a hazy honey color, foamy white head. Body is medium. Nose is coriander and sweet - apricots. Taste is sweet as well, refreshing and just slightly dry hops and a bit herb at the end. Leaves a bit of a sour taste on the tongue. Medium length finish. No alcohol taste- beware!
