Tap@LocusDelft. Light floral and fruity aroma. Amber color, off-white head, good lace. Light sweet, bitter, light fruity, light floral, bit grassy. Bit thinnish, light dry, bit metallic. Could use some malts and sweetness.

On tap at Delirium Taphouse in Brussels. Ruddy gold color with a thick white head. Nose is faintly sweet, musty and hop-vegetal. Sweet flavor subdues the moderate bitterness and makes it milder. Some faint hoppy and citrus notes in the backdrop. I like the trend toward hoppier Belgian beers, but why do so many of these experiments fall short? If you want the hop, don’t fear the hop. Embrace it! Don’t candy-coat it.
