COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The name inspired by a large stray cat who seems to us to be a bit of a wolf in sheep’s clothing. Once spotted holding down a rival with one paw whilst batting him with the other, he acts like a lion in a moggies body! So he lends his name to a beer that has a high opinion of itself, despite it’s relatively low alcohol. A dark amber bitter at 3.8%. Brewed with the intention of getting a lot of flavour out of a sub 4% beer The result is a malty beer for its strength, with a bitterness level to keep it balanced. Good body and subtle English hops, with just a light, fresh American hop finish A beer that punches above it’s weight in terms of body to strength ratio. OG 1042 ABV 3.8%
