Comments: A very tart weizen with candy-like banana puree flavours. Very foamy palate that makes it hard to enjoy as it appears fairly juicy underneath. Exagerated vanilla undertone does not help either. Obviously, filtration must not have helped with regards to the mouthfeel. TBone (5115), Pori, Finland Jul 27, 2007 Draught@brewpub, Vienna
Clear golden color (filtered!), good cloudy white head, lace. Bubblegum and sour notes in the aroma. Also sourness in the flavor. There is some citrusy-acidic flavors and notes of bubblegum. Not really enjoyable kristallweizen. All of this brewpub taps were unclean when visited.
