Draught at Brimmer Beer Box, after dinner at Narisawa. Light fatness. Fruity notes. Toasted. Light bitterness. Knækbrød notes. Herbal hoppy. A bit plain.

At Brimmer Box in Omotesando as part of their tasting set. It pour a clear straw color with a very very slight fruity malt aroma. It is a super light ale with a bit of fruit, some sweet malt and a little bitterness. It has a nice crisp dry finish, you could drink this all day.

UPDATED: DEC 16, 2012 Easy drinking, light on flavour but big on slamability. Good carbonation. Some wheat, grain and a soft grassy floral finish.

Tap at the Brimmer Beer Box. Pale clear golden colour. Small white head. Aroma wheat, honey, bit of lemon maybe, slightly hoppy. Taste similar, grainy, lemony, slightly bitter finish. Little bit fruity too. Nice enough, but not really one of my favourite styles.

KyotoLefty (4777) - Kyoto, JAPAN - MAY 5, 2012
UPDATED: OCT 12, 2012 Draught at Tadg’s. Unfragrant nose, light lemon and metal. Deep golden color with lace. Golden crackery malt, grass, light hop, but nice bitterness in the finish, peppery. Again, clean and very drinkable beer but not so interesting, and the nose is a bit too subdued.
