Cask at GBBF 2009 ... copper ...light toffee hop ... sweet musty fruity hop ... light tioffee.

Cask, Wirral Food and Drink festival. Ah said pay attention, boy ! Dark clear reddy colour with a medium creamyish white head. Fragrant hoppy aroma. Good balance of malt and fruit in the flavour with a nice dry bitter finish. A very drinkable bitter.

Cask, Volunteers Arms, GBBF 07. Red colour with a thin white head. Floral and hoppy nose. Mouth is more hoppy with some fruity malt, dry dark fruits predominate. Finishes dry and bitter, but quite drinkable.

Cask Stillage at the Ship & Mitre, Liverpool 15/11/2006 Floral aroma. Golden coloured floral hoppy and a little fruity with a crisp and slightly bitter dry finish.
