Cask at Banbury Beer Festival 08-05-08 Pours golden in colour with nice little bubbly white head and looks really good. Soft malts, aromatic hops, nice sweet spicy and hoppy bite good bitterness, a very nice beer and one I would happily have a session on.

Cask at GBBF 08. Hey, it’s from the Wirral so I had to have it. Gold, lasting off white head. Nettle hop. Decent condition. Bit of sweaty sox. Nice enough beer. Certainly godl personality. Doesn’t develop much, but hte sherberty sweaty sox is ok.

Cask conditioned at Banbury Beer Fest ’08. Gold with white head. Good dry golden ale with plenty of zesty notes, quite gingery in flavour almost spicy. Lemony and with distinct citrus notes and a bitter finish, a good accomplished beer.

Cask, Ship Inn, Hoylake. From Wirral’s only brewery dontchaknow. Hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma is sweet, toffeeish. Hoppy, citrus flavour, bitter finish. Very sessionable. Deserves attention.

Cask at GBBF 2007. A hazy golden beer with a thick orange head. The aroma has notes of yeast and citrus as well as a light touch of malt. The flavor is sweet malty with floral notes of hops, leading to a nice bitter finish. The body is thin.
