A distinctive red ale, Brimstone Honey Red is brewed with 2-Row, crystal and Munich malts, with a little Chocolate malt added for a smooth, round finish. Orange blossom honey lends a significant fresh honey flavor and aroma.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
355ml bottle pours amber in color with a finger of white head that leaves some thin spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma is caramel and light roasted malts with some mild hops. Taste is light caramel malty sweetness with hints of chocolate and some earthy hop bitterness. A decent amber ale that I somewhat enjoyed, but may have been an old bottle.

One of the best beers I have had in months. I ussually donít like honey beers, but this one has just a slight taste of honey and is a very balanced red beer. Very very good! A+
