Brimstone Brewing Company--Irish Wake Irish Style Stout--2001 Release--12 oz. Bottle--5.80% ABV--30 IBU’s. (3.75 / 5.0) Stout--Rich dark clear red black color. Lacy coffee head. Sweet roasted fruit front. Light floral and minimal chocolate notes. Dry sweet richly roasted slightly creamy body. Slightly tangy smooth dry end. Sampled 7/14/2001.

black, thick tan head, slightly sweet roasted malt aroma, lots of roasted and chocolate flavor, slight sweetness, some malt bitterness in the finish

not too bitter. sweeter than Guinness. nice taste overall. wish I could find it around here

Black. Softly malty. Sweeter than the average Irish stout. Smooth and rather bitter.
