COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Formerly Rethymnian Blonde.
Note: Name changed (temporarily?) because the authorities suddenly decided that they couldn’t use geographical names for beer until the law that allows that is out.

Egon (478) - Gothenburg, - JUL 15, 2009
Bottle. Hazy golden with white head. Yeast and refreshing, a bit of a surprise. Expected something else but it is not bad at all but the competition is not strong either. Sweet finish.

Argonian (51) - Athens, GREECE - APR 13, 2012
Bottle. Pours a golden, hazy body, with a low white head that leaves a good lacing. Grainy and sweet aroma, with faint notes of orange, I think. Nice hoppy and bitter flavour. Medium carbonation, medium body, watery texture. Average, and overpriced here.

stjamesgate (8) - IRELAND - MAR 23, 2012 does not count
Lumpy creamy head over straw yellow body with yeast at the end, lively carbonation, and good lace. Grassy hops and waxy berry on the nose with a hint of banana. Banana chips and sour grain up front, a fruity middle and spicy grassy hops with some lemon zest and green bark to end. Lean flinty end and dry linger. Crisp, light and a bit greasy. Strange but ultimately nice cross between a Belgian blonde, weiss and lager. * from notes

Clear pale golden colour with a white head. Bittersweet aroma with caramel and grass. Medium body. Dusty flavour with caramel and a nice bitterness.

Unclera yellow of color with a white head. An aroma of yeast, spice, dough and bread. A flavor of malt, bread, hops, spice and yeast.

Pale biscuity colour. Slight haze and no head. Smells a little footy. Slightly fruity, with hints of pale malt. Clunk.

gunnar (2638) - Sandnes, NORWAY - AUG 3, 2011
Bottle at a harbour restaurant, Rhethymnon. Pours clear golden with a big frothy white head. Aroma of sour malts and yeast. Taste is doughy malts, slightly bitter aftertaste with some lingering fruity elements.

rickgordon (3764) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - JUL 20, 2011
Bottled. Cloudy golden colour, rich head. Fruity, doughy nose. Light bodied and fruity with notes of bread dough and sewer. Low bitterness. Felt like a mediocre homebrew brewed with malt extract and bad water.

meerbier (912) - Pijnacker, NETHERLANDS - JUL 16, 2011
Bottle@Hotel. Earth and hay aroma. Cloudy, pale yellow, white head, fair lace. Earthy, light malts sweet, bitter, hoppy, herbal, hint of banana. Medium body. Rather typical flavour but I decided to like it in the end.

Beershine (4712) - The Sunshine State, Florida, USA - JUN 14, 2011
Bottle. Sedimentary, hazy yellow, with scant head. Not a nice looking beer. Aroma has over-sparged grain and pedio. Is thin and fizzy, granular and dry. Oversparged, and amateur, but not undrinkable.

esp0r (792) - NORWAY - MAY 18, 2011
Bottle. Pale yellow murky, white lacings. Quite ugly beer this. Smells of grain and cerials. Taste is medium malty, much sweetness. Finish is quite bitter, some hop tones as well
