3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 13/20 omhper (15956) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - JUL 7, 2007
UPDATED: JUL 12, 2007 Bottled. Clear amber, rich head. Bready malt aroma. Medium sweet with light-medium body and pleasantly soft mouthfeel. Notes of coffee and caramel. A well balanced enjoyable unpretentious beer, very German in style.

2.4 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 Rune (4924) - Tromsø, NORWAY - JUN 4, 2006
Cretan made organic beer from the town Rethymnon. Comes in 330ml swingtop bottle found in the refrigerator at the supermarked IN.KA, Platanias, Crete (BB. Oct.06). A little more expensive than other beers - about 1,30 Euro. Gives a shot and some smoke when opened. Dark straw yellow leading to an amber colour topped with a hazy, rocky head. Light hoppy nose. The fruity flavours are improving after some while in the glass. Solid dry finish. Soothing and gentle in sunny Crete. A bit strange that I could not find bars and restaurants in Chania or Platantias that had this "local" beer on the menu (30.05.2006).
2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20 Papsoe (22959) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - JUL 12, 2005
(Bottle 33 cl) Pretty, reddish amber with a small, crudely structured head. Slightly hazy with a small sediment. Dry, malty character with a light earthy and fusty note - although not unpleasantly so. Dry finish without much bitternes. Unusual. 110705
2.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20 Pernille (518) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - JUL 12, 2005
Bottle. Very fruity and fresh aroma. Tastes fresh as well. I could definitely imagine drinking this on holiday in Greece. It’s not the most exciting beer in the world. But it’s not bad either.
