COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Special.
A 4.6% American Pale Ale, continuously hopped for an hour to give a big full and rounded hop character. It is tasting great from the tank and we can’t wait to see how the flavours settle down once it has had a period of dry-hopping with some aromatic Citra hops just to finish it off.

Cask at Pigs Ears, Richmond upon Thames. Copper coloured with a thin head and a very faint haze, good hoppy grapefruit and toffee aroma, sharp fruit, nuts and biscuity malt in the body, then a refreshing dry spicy finish.

Copper color, gloriously creamy looking white head. Really excellent appearance. The nose is mostly juicy hops, grapefruit etc. The taste light sweet. Pleasant bready malts present. The mouthfeel’s light-medium. Overall nice work.

Cask@Southampton Arms, London. Amber colour with a mediumsized slightly off-white foamy head, that leaves some lace. Aroma is fruity hoppy, wooden and a bit malty as well. Flavour is citrus, some slight tropical fruits, mild biscuity and bready notes finishing in a bitter fruity and wooden way along with some toffee as well.

Cask, The Pub, Leicester. Amber gold with an off-white foam. Aromas are caramel and toffee with leafy, green hops and clean, woody yet soft pine. Floral with spiced oranges and fruit tea. Biscuit with mellow grapefruit. Flavours are caramel and biscuit with mellow lemon and pithy grapefruit. Woody and leafy with herbal aspects. Quite green and spicy with grapefruit bitterness and a dry finish. Very good.

Factoberfest 2011 .A good example of a new world pale ale this beer was pithy, resinous and clean with a floral aroma. The beer really benefitted from its 60 minutes continual hopping with centennial, cascade and amarillo,

Cask @ Craft Beer Co. Pours a clear orange/amber, with a small off white head. Quite floral, with lychee, strong toffee, and a lingering bitterness.
