Factoberfest 2011 .A good example of a new world pale ale this beer was pithy, resinous and clean with a floral aroma. The beer really benefitted from its 60 minutes continual hopping with centennial, cascade and amarillo,

Bottle from McHughes. Appearance: Slightly cloudy, vibrant orange, thick off white head. Aroma: Sweet hops, nice pine notes, floral, citrus notes, smells great. Flavour: Citrus bitterness, mango, lots of pine, resin, good amount of malt, really flavourful, well balanced, smashing long bitter finish.

Amber with a large white head that lasts well. Aroma of pineapple, mandarins, lime leaf, grapefruit, pine needles. Medium carbonation, creamy texture. Juicy and fruity but not very sweet. Hay and a mixture tropical and citrus fruit, pine creeps up towards a fairly bitter and dryish finish.
