COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Regular.

A light malt base; Maris Otter, CaraPils and wheat malt allows the bright, fresh and zesty hop aromas to shine - underpinned by herbal and floral notes.
(A non sorachi ace version of acer due to no hops available!)

Cask at Drafthouse. Hazy opaque dark mustard yellow, small white ring of head. Aroma is mostly vinegar, medicinal, lemon tart. Body is medium, low carbonation, smooth. Taste … doesn’t have much really, watery, roughly follows the aroma, touch of cider .... not good ... pretty piss poor actually. Infected cask? Barman wasn’t sure but gave me a different beer anyway.

Cask, gravity half-pint at the Bridgnorth Beer Festival on 6th Sep 2014. Clear golden pour with a full white crown. Mild citrus notes in the aroma and taste, not a lot going on otherwise, almost bland in fact. Not the best beer I have had from these guys.

Cask @ The Tobacco Factory, Bristol. Another fine British session golden ale with cereal malts and citrusy hops (oranges mainly) on the nose and palate. Nice zesty hop finish. Light-medium body with a light carbonation.
