500 ml bottle @ WPBF 2013.
Pours a dark brown, almost black colour with a beige head. Aroma of roasted malts, raspberries and some lingonberries. Flavour of roasted malts, tart raspberries, chocolate, grassy hops, some floral notes and bread. Medium bodied, slick mouthfeel and high carbonation. Raspberry flavrous are rather intensive here. Good stuff.

50 cl bottle @ wPBF’13.
Pours dark red, almost black color with a minimal head. Aroma of raspberries, some roasted malts, chocolate and fruits. Sadly the raspberry is too dominant on the nose. Flavor of sour dark berries, chocolate, toasted malts and some wood. The raspberry is a bit too overwhelming here. Otherwise decent.

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines; almost black pour with foamy tan head, hint of raspberry aroma but mostly roast malts, the taste is similar with some bitter chocolate the carbonation is wrong for me just to fizzy.

Bottle as part of the 12 stouts of christmas from bristol beer factory online. Dark black mahogany thin tan head with big bubbles. Chalky roast aroma with a tart edge. The flavour is fantastically complex. Roasty coffee core with a tonne of raspberry tartness. The raspberries make it seem more sweet but it has a lovely finish.

Bottle at JF tasting, from Bristol Beer Factory online - 29/12/12. Very dark mahogony brown vergeing on light black with a thin tan head that clears to the edge. Nose is dark malts, chocolate, molasses, good dose of raspberries. Taste comprises dark malts, sugars, raspberries, dark chocolate. Full end of medium bodied. Decent enough drop.

Black, big deep tan head that dissipates to thin layer, moderate lacing
Aroma - Massive fresh raspberry, moderate tart, very fruity, faint background of dark malts, quite vinous, probably some very fruity dark chocolate in there
Taste - Big time fresh natural raspberry, dark deep rich malts, soft plain Lindt chocolate, red berry fruits, some fruity tartness, so well balanced, complex flavours, very moreish - it gets better with the drinking, booze is so well hidden
Palate - Medium carb, medium to full body, smooth texture. Finish is rich dark malt and raspberry, then a bit of roast comes though leaving a dry tail
Overall - This is superb - the raspberry is so fresh and natural tasting with a super flavoured stout...on cask I imagine this would be wonderful
