A bottle in the Rake - thanks to Mario (a really great barman) for pointing this one out. Very hazy amber beer. Tiny white head. Creamy malt base. Good rich hops. Nice citrus hop - rich orange and lemon sherbet with a trace of grapefruit. Neutral finish. Spritzy bitter hop aftertaste. A very decent UK IPA - always welcome! Nice job!

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottled 500ml ABM. Amber color, good big creamy beige head. Very aromatic citric smell, like sniffing a bag of hops. Medium-bodied. Citrusy fruity hoppy flavor. Citrus, some pine and resin. Some of my favourite hops used and tastes very fresh (BB 11/2013).

Bottle Conditioned, 500ml at West Country Ales, Cheddar Gorge, Somerset. Amber with full white head. Lots of hop notes right from the beginning, tropical fruits, grapefruit, fresh bitterness, leafy but with a crisp biscuity body. Lasting and crisp on the palate, a very good beer indeed.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Cask at the Euston Tap. Pours rich, orange-gold with a dense, white cream head. Strong and dynamic hop aroma, with wet, dank grass, resiny pine, and citrus rind, along with subtle caramel notes. Lightly sweet with toasty malts and honey, then very bitter with more pine, dirty earth, and grass. Medium bodied with fine, ultra-smooth carbonation. Finishes with just light sweetness and dank, sticky and earthy hops that linger forever. Really, the bitterness coats the throat. Really good with some nice thrust from the relatively high ABV. Well done Bristol Beer Factory, well done.

Bottle. Hazy golden brown with an off-white head. Aromas are oranges and caramel with pineapple juice. Dusty yeast with leafy hops. Flavours are sweet spiced oranges with bitter lemon and pithy, zesty grapefruit. Tinned pineapple juice with biscuit malts. Dry, earthy and spicy on the finish. Has some hints of ginger burn. Pretty good.
