3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Cask conditioned at Far From the Madding, Oxford. Gold with white head. Fruity, peach, apricot, sweetish golden ale. A little thin on the palate with a pronounced bready character. Some yeasty, slightly tinny hints. Juicy finish. It’s fine.

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Cask at Euston Tap, London. Golden, nice lasting offwhite head. Fruity aroma. Malty fruity, somewhat strange flavor. Guess there is something with this brewery that does not appeal to me.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
UPDATED: JUN 3, 2012 Cask/gravity at last weekend?s Kingston beer festival. Hops and apricots on the nose, lots of hop bitterness, a very nice beer though the body is perhaps a bit one-dimensional. Re-rated on the Grain Barge in Bristol, one point more for a little more fruit and dryness in the body.
