Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, sweet malt, cacao, smoke, tar, funky aroma ! Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet, light light acidic and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration, fruity, licorice notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. From tap at Euston Tap. Pours pitch black with a small tan and creamy head. Aroma is fruity, alcohol and roasted malt. Fruity, alcohol and roasted malty flavoured. Overripe fruity and caramelish. Yeasty and caramelish into a slight phenolic and vague spiced finish.

Bottled@my birthdaybash@Chriso. Very deep amber colour, small brown head. Aroma is roasted malts, some dark fruits, mild ashes and some toasted nuttyness. Flavour is rather similar with some slight sourish wooden notes in the finish as well.

Bottled at oh6gdx’s birthday bash at chriso’s. Very dark brown, small beige head. Fruity pear aroma. Licorice and chocolate. Full bodied with a bit of sticky syrup. Some asphalt and caramel. Salty finish.
