drjay44 (65), USA Jul 5, 2008 Nice nose, good color, pleasant mouthfeel, good finish. Typical of the style. Rciesla (674), Brick City, New Jersey, USA Jul 4, 2008 Bottle an extra in a trade. Pours a dark amber body with 2 finger off white head. Aroma is sweet honey pine, soft hoppy floral aroma. Flavor is sweet pine honey but a good malt backbone that i’m digging as hoppy as it is. This works and the etoh isn’t overbearing, a good citrus fruit flavor as well. Solid beer easy drinking. A perfect session ipa, i really like it. Dickinsonbeer (2457), Hoboken, New Jersey, USA Jul 2, 2008 Bomber. Pours a slight chill hazy copper with a nice head that lasts a while. Aroma is sharp citrusy with pine notes, and some light doughy cracker malts. Pine and orange peel-type hops, almost a harsh resinous character in the flavor but has a crisp pleasant bitterness at first- gets a bit tacky as you drink more but nice. uhclem (102), Loveland, Colorado, USA Jun 19, 2008 22oz. Hazy orange-peach pour. thick off-white head and good lacing. Nose is pine and fruity/spicy, but nicely muted. There is an undertone of mustiness. Taste carries in the fruit and spice. Medium mouthfeel. Aftertaste is pleasant and lingers. WinoInTraining (13), Longmont, Colorado, USA May 5, 2008 Nipe IPA, lighter than the typical US version though. Clean, almost honey color. Tell-tale piny hops. Light floral. Clean palate, tasty and refreshing.
