COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Red Rocket is lively and up front, with a malt-inspired body and a crisp finish. Its character comes from a blend of Perle, Willamette and Cascade hops. Dry hopped with Cascade for a refreshing aroma.

Bottle. Pours a very hazy orange-tinted amber with a moderate dense yellow-tinted head. Very pleasing aromas of fresh lychees and subtle spice. Lovely balance of sweet alt and fruity aromatic hops (lychee, melon) with a finish that s quite quenching and surprisingly low on bitterness. A real treat!

Ernest (6199) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - JUN 12, 2003
UPDATED: AUG 16, 2007 Bottle (May 07 bottling). Head is initially small, frothy, off-white, mostly diminishing. Body is medium amber. Aroma is lightly malty (wort, cookie), lightly to moderately hoppy (resin), moderately yeasty (dough, sweat). Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly acidic, moderately bitter, husky. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Very bland and boring. Slightly worty aroma and lots of raw yeast stink, as with many of Bristolís year-round brews.

Bottle. Pours amber, with medium sediment, and an off white head. Weird sweet malts, just the faintest hint of dicetyl, and light herbal hops. Iíd assume this was old, but the bottle says itís 4 months old, so... itís really not that old. Not that good.

Nose is floral and lightly sweet. Not much going on. Pours hazy golden, thin head. THe flavor is lightly sweet, a touch of bread, pale malt, and light spicy floral hops. A touch of citrus. Easy to drink, not that interesting, sessionalbe APA.
