Fruity aroma. Golden amber coloured and a little hazy in appearance. Strong in alcohol. Slightly dry in the finish.

Hazy dark orange with a small white head. Juicy apple aroma. Dry and slightly tart apple flavour with a little tannin.

Bottle from Corks, Bristol. Cloudy orange in colour with a small and short-lived white head, and moderate carbonation. Pronounced aroma of fresh, dry apples, yeast and a hint of spice. Spritzy mouth feel, with a tart flavour of fruit, the barnyard and a lingering dry finish. A very good example of a bottled cider.

Hazy amber with no head. Sour aroma with apples and wood. Dry flavor with sour apples and woody notes. Finishes dry.

A Mes rate: barrel at GBBF.
Very dark orange brown making it pretty clear this is reaching the end of the barrel. Dry aroma with plenty of funk and tarty apples. Slight paint stripper in the mouth but the the level of dry and sour is good and the lingering spice and wood in the finish really do the trick.

@GBBF2008 (as Bristol Ciderworks Dry Cider). Hazy orange colour, not much head. Aroma is cheese, rotten apples and some mild notes of sweet wood. Flavour is very dry and sour apple. Nice mix.
