COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Light and interesting, our Pale Ale raises a glass to the 1920’s market arcade where local artisans still practice their craft. Reliance proves again that if you want the real deal, you have to make it by hand.

Idiosynkrasie (3796) - Bielefeld, GERMANY - AUG 30, 2014
330ml bottle. Hazy orangey golden colour with small, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Citrusy hoppy aroma has notes of grapefruit, orange, mango. Taste is initially bitter hoppy and slightly citrusy fruity, later simply chalky bitter with hints of carboard; chalky, bitter, mineral finish.

Very hazy amber beer, small white head. Light dry palate, a little crisp. Dry pale malt. Odd mixture of hops here, grapefruit pith, subtle skunk integrated with soap and apple flavours. Astringent finish. Messy!

Bottle at home, from Sourced, 02/02/14. Murka-Haze orange light amber with a moderate off white head that stops to watch you. Nose is orange, light tropicals, bread dough, light toasty malt, faint floral tones. Taste comprises earthy minerals, orange pith, light dirt, faint apricot, grassy, dank hops. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, grassy closure with light tropicana. Decent golden blond, just a bit too light for an APA but not far off, good chalky mineral dankness about this one.

330ml bottle from Sourced, St. Pancras. Pours hazy gold with a thin white head. Good hop aromas, pineapple and grapefruit, some yeast. Taste has a good bitterness but an unfortunate cardboard note. Disappointing.

UPDATED: JAN 18, 2014 Bottle from Patty & Bun. Straight from the bottle. Nose is full of grapefruit and line zest. Honey sweetness comes out in the taste with big grapefruit and grass. Overloaded with bitterness. A little over the top which I’m surprised to say. Solid drop

teorn88 (1923) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - JAN 10, 2014
Bottle from CBC Brixton. Pours a clear golden colour with a big white head. Long lasting foam and lot of carbonation streming off the bottom of the glass. Aroma is hop forward on the fruity side, with pineapple and citrus. Taste is similarly fruity but not overly bitter. Grapefruit and peaches with a touch of acidic note in the finish. Medium mouthfeel and well carbonated. Nice and refreshing.
