Medium body. Medium blanced bitter sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. My expextations were met. jsquire (1811), St. Marys, Ohio, USA Nov 18, 2006 On tap at the pub. Orange/amber color with a thin foamy off white head. Light hoppy nose with apple and citrus in it. Fresh hoppy beer with lots of orange peel and apple sauce over a buscuity foundation. Light hop burn in the finish. thedm (3289), Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA Dec 27, 2005 This draft brew from the brewery poured a medium sized head of finely sized th off-white colored bubbles that left behind a good lacing. The body contained no carbonation, was transparent and light orange brown in color. Its aroma contained notes of nice red hops malts and crystal malts. Its mouth feel was tingly at the start then came on in the middle then faded in the finish with a somewhat flat aftertaste. Its flavor contained bitter malty hoppy notes. jahughey (65), Franklin, Indiana, USA Sep 12, 2005 Very unique beer - the most hoppy lager on the planet, more so than Urquell. Very citrusy hop component comes through in bitterness, flavor, and aroma. Amber/red color, firm malt body with clean lager drinkability. Great. hotstuff (2966), Indiana, USA Jun 25, 2005 Draft at BRBC. Medium white head that was mostly lasting, fine-small sized bubbles, lacing was good, no visible carbonation, transparent and a yellow gold hue. Aroma and flavor were malty, hoppy and sweet. Mouthfeel was hoppy. Nice brew!
