Gregis (834), Overland Park, Kansas, USA Oct 19, 2007 Sampler on cask at the brewpub. Pours a lightly hazy amber with a thin, creamy, beige head. The aroma is of piny, citric and earthy/resinous hops with a solid caramel malt backing. The thin side of medium-bodied and super slick with very little carbonation and a big bitter finish. The flavor begins with a sweet, solid caramel front followed by big citrus, pine and resinous hops. With a little more carbonation and/or body, this beer would be killer. As it stands, it’s pretty good. Tmoney99 (3396), Cincinnati, Ohio, USA Oct 16, 2007 Draft sample at brewpub. Poured a hazy copper color with an average creamy off-white head that was mostly lasting and had good lacing. Good malty, floral and citrus hoppy aroma. Medium body with slick dry texture. Moderate well balanced smooth flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of moderate duration. Good brew. kp (6000), Woodstock, Georgia, USA Sep 1, 2007 Date: 07/21/2007

BeerVirgin72 (553), C-Bus, Ohio, USA Jul 21, 2007 Had at brew pub, listed as a "Cask Ale" served through traditional English beer engines. Tasted like sweet bread, and had an extremely bitter finish. Tasted nothing but the hops after the swallow.
