COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
80 Shilling Scottish Ale, amber in color with medium malt sweetness. The brewers took it a step further for the Winterfest and aged the ale in Jack Daniel’s Barrels, imparting a whiskey undertone.

Cask: Murky, dark copper in color...large, dominating nose of oak and jack, some subtle malt notes apparent. This brew has pretty much been dominated by the barrel and nothing has been left to reclaim its primitive character.
