On tap @ the Brew pub: Pours a hazy orange/amber color with an off white head. Aroma, citrus, bready, with some pale malts, oranges and grapefruits. Flavor, oranges, herbal and citrus notes, doughy pale malts, with a citrusy bitter finish.

Had on draft at the brew pub. This was a very interesting beer. Very sweet and malty which I love. Taste of caramel and malts with just a slight hop finish. Very good!

Just had this 2 or 3 weeks ago. Good stuff. Citrusy/floral aroma (Cascade, Centennial with maybe Mt Hood ? Maybe not), malty in aroma also. Malty intro in taste, followed soon by hop flavor and aroma. Overall, a rich, malty but more hoppy brew (Steam, right ?). Damn good beer from a peerless brewpub. Try this for coincidence - I have been all over the US and, BEERWISE, the 2 best brewpubs I have found are 2 blocks apart (ie., the Brewpub and the new Belgian place). Please find both.

Draft at Broad Ripple Brewpub. Clear amber color with a moderate white head that diminished slowly. Moderate sweet hop aroma. Medium body. Well balnced flavor of malt and hops with a small bitter finish.
