COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION Every year the brewers of Indiana do a replicAle (everyone uses the same recipe and ingredients) and brings it to the Microbrewer's Fest and this was our version. It's a farmhouse Belgian Saison ale. A farmhouse beer means that you've used whatever ferments were available to you, therefore the recipe contains Shagbark hickory syrup made only in Trafalgar, Indiana. It's fruity and medium bodied with the familiar tart character contributed by the Belgian yeast.
