<i>On draught.</i><br />Pours a dark mahogany (as the description helpfully suggests) with quickly fading head . Aroma is all malt: toffee, caramel, molasses, and just a bunch of sweet. Flavor is earthy grain with a lot of malt as described above, plus a slight hint of raisins/dried fruit. Thick, slightly oily palate. I’d score this a lo higher if it were based on flavor alone. Careful with this one; any more than a couple could have you mumbling to yourself like a mental patient.
