A basic weizen with little yeast character and almost no head.

Pleasant lemon zest notes make it a fine lemonade.

Headless weizen? Also quite clear and almost shiny for an unfiltered ale. Overly tart to me. The coriander flavours clash a bit with the acidity. Very thin. Tmoney99 (3819), Cincinnati, Ohio, USA Jun 6, 2006 Draft at brewpub. Cloudy orange color with an average rocky white head that diminished slowly. Moderate complex banana citrus wheat aroma. Light to medium body. Medium sweet flavor with a sweet spicy finish of moderate duration.
Earlier Rating: 8/19/2005 Total Score: 2.7
Sampler draft at Broad Ripple. Hazy golden with a medium head that diminished quickly. Medium malt and wheat aroma. Medium body with smooth wheat texture. Well balanced flavor of citrus, wheat and malt with a medium sweet finish. thedm (3407), Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA Jun 22, 2003 Updated: Feb 1, 2004This brew pours a small head of large white bubbles and a transparent light yellow orange body. It was flat, lacked character and had a very poor taste. This was the worst brew I tasted at the Brew-Ha-Ha in Indianapolis.
Re-Rate from brewery/31/2004 originally 4-2-2-2-4:
This draft sample poured a medium sized head of fine to medium sized long lasting white colored bubbles that left behind a good lace. The body hazy and yellow in color. The aroma was mild with doughy musty notes and the mouth feel was mild and somewhat tingly. The flavor was mild with wheat and malty notes. This rating 4-4-4-3-10 hotstuff (3060), Indiana, USA Feb 3, 2004 Draft sample. This beer formed a small sized white head with fine-small sized bubbles that mostly diminished. The body was hazy and uncarbonated with a yellow hue. The nose was light malt, light hops and some fruit esters. The flavor was flat, bland, boring and lacks character. The mouthfeel was smooth with a watery and thin texture. This was a light bodied beer with excellent lacing. Dogbrick (2427), Columbus, Ohio, USA Jan 16, 2004 From a sampler: This beer pours a hazy dark yellow color with a medium thick and foamy white head. The aroma is somewhat wheaty with a touch of hops. No real lacing to speak of. Kind of thin body, with a smooth and mild character. It's really not all that wheaty and the finish was on the bland side. Not one of their better attempts.
