3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Can from the LCBO. Opaque dark brown with a one finger quickly fading dark brown head. Nose of dark chocolate, roasted nuts, light espresso, vanilla and a touch of licorice. Medium light bitter chocolate and coffee with a touch of brown sugar sweetness. Mouth is nice and creamy but still manages to feel a little thin, with soft carbonation and a bit of chalk in the finish.

473ml can. Pours a pretty big, thick and creamy tan head and has a dark brown appearance. Sticky lacing. Aromas of roasted malt, chocolate, coffee and hints of vanilla. Flavours are very much in the sane vein, the chocolate and coffee is there, vanilla not as much. Some cocoa notes as well. Good retention. Average carbonation. Slick and oily mouthfeel. A bit above average stout.

Taste starts off in outh cold and like a soda, then a little watery oatmeal stout, with a bit of chocolate, roastedness, bitterness & maybe sour a tad. Cheer’s!!!

473 ml can from LCBO. Pours a dark brown with modest-sized light tan head. Aroma is roasty with mellow chocolate, coffee and just a little earthiness. Flavour is pleasantly roasty with just a hint of sweetness and notes of cocoa, coffee and gentle earthiness. Lightly drying finish. Nice.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Can from LCBO. Dark as an October night with a rich cap of brown foam. A bit prickly in the mouth. Smooth tastes of chocolate, coffee, & brown sugar. A really subtle & unexpected pinch of ashes in the after taste. Good stuff.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Loved it. Creamy texture with color of black oil. Not a lot of carbonation, nice and smooth. Really rich yet not overly feeling. Loved the foam, brownish, but not a lot of it unfortunately. Great finish, leaving you wanting another sip.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
On tap. Dark brown with a thin ring of tan foam. Flavors are roasted cereals, coffee and dark chocolate with fruity and chalky notes. Medium body, soft carbonation, slick texture. Mouthfeel is a bit lacking. Really easy drinking, low-key stout.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20

Chocolate well carbonated no head. Ok stout at the brewery. Drinkable stout.
