On tap at Sherlock holmes, Århus. Golden-yellow colour with no head. Aroma is pear, yeast. Flavour is sweet, sour, sugar, pear, yeast. Medium body. OK perry

Almost too easy to drink really, smooth and sweet with very little acidity. And no real indication of the alcohol. Well worth drinking.

Draught at Sankt Nikolaj. Clear pale yellow coloured with a fast disappearing white head. Fruity aroma of pears with acidic notes. Fruity flavour of pears with notes of caramel and acidic notes. Fruity finish of pears.

Clear almost without colour without head. Aroma is sweet and pear. Flavor is quite sweet and light acidic. Light dry and light acidic finish. 270811

Tap. Champagne colour with no head. Flavour is pears, sweet, fruit and a little acid.

Pours almost clear as water with no head. Aroma has notes of pear and limonade. Reminds me of the danish ice cream Kung Fu. Taste is medium sweet. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat.

@ The Fat Cat, Norwich. 7% - Poured a pale, piss yellow with no head. Sweet , sugary pear dominated aroma. Again, mostly sweet in terms of flavour, bordering on pear drops with just a mild tartness on the finish. Light, moderately thin body, OK carbonation but relatively soft with a touch of sugary residue left on the palate.

A good perry. Light yellow and clear and sparkling. White head, fully diminishing. Aroma of acid, fruit, oak, faint sulfur. Flavor is moderate sweet and acidic. Watery texture.

Pours pale greenish with no head. Aroma has pear, light wine gums. Medium carbonation, okay mild oily mouthfeel. Sweet flavour, pear, sugaru, light sticky. Not my thing.
