Sampler @ the brewpub. Sweet, sweet, delicious, almost honey hops all over the place... I love them. This is my type of DIPA, not bitter but sweet bubblegum candied hops, love it. Slightly sticky mouthfeel just adds to the beer, so nice. Malts playing a backing role fitting well into the structure of the sweet-hopcentric beer.

Draught at brewpub. Pours way too much carbonation. Like a bubble bath. Mild malty beer with what tastes like a decent ABV. Some decent malt/hops. Slight watery backbone. Ok overall. Lacks complexity.

Willamet and Centennial hopped; everything about the beer is nice, but it’s way too green at the moment; tastes like a homebrew that needs another month or two to mellow
