3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Excellent use of rye without going overboard. The hops are still the star here. Never tried Broadway before; I will be looking for more from this brewery.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap at the brewery. Tulip glass. Fairly dark red pour. A bit of carmel and alcohol warmth to it. Not much rye, but a creamy IPA body.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
On tap at ITAP in Soulard. It poured a hazy orange color with an off-white head. The aroma was of fruits, like tangerine, grapefruit and some spices. The taste was of rye with mangos and pineapple. Good stuff.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Small pour at 21st Street Brewers Bar. Pours a clear orange with a small off-white head that laces the glass. Notes of caramel, rye, brown and cane sugar, toasted malts, mixed grains, grass, and cream. Light-medium bodied, with moderate carbonation and a sweet, smooth, malty mouthfeel. A little too creamy and malty for my liking. Unusual rye imperial IPA.

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Definitely a strong rye/hop combination in this brew. Very bold body and sting in the bite. Citrus notes with the hop. Decent IPA all around.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap @ Broadway Brewery with jcnielsen. Pours a hazy golden orange appearance with an off white head. Tangerine, grapefruit citrusy, somewhat spicy aroma though I’m not sure I get rye. Definitely get more of the rye in the flavor. Slightly thick mouth feel. Smarties / candy / mango / pineapple flavor. Pretty good.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Sampled at MO Beer Fest. Clear and golden. Citrus and sweet. More citrus. Apricots, too. This is not complicated but is very good. Hops eat your face off!

4.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
This is one of the better offerings from a mediocre brewery. Rye is apparent in the pepperyness and there is a nice citrus flavor to bring it out more. Bitter and alcoholic.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 13/20
This beer was a hazy golden color with no head in the sampler glass when poured from the tap at the brewery, and the aroma was strongly of rye with undercurrents of floral and spruce hops. Once sipped, the taste is quite bitter and slightly sweet, and the palate combines a creamy (almost butter-esque) texture, medium body, soft carbonation, and a bitter finish.
