Our brew masters interpretation of a classic European Ale. Brewed with Northern Brewer and Cascade hops, this copper colored ale has a faint citrus aroma with orange and lemon flavors extracted from the American Cascade hops. One of our most hoppy offerings, it is great for pairing with food but also stands alone.

Hazy orange-colored beer with plenty of fresh citrus hop aroma and flavor, reasonable bitterness, nicely dryish and very drinkable. Superb, I thought. Draft at the brewpub.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 16/20
Sample from the beerfest in Augusta. Poured an orange color. Smaller soapy white head. Left behind some lacing. Aroma was weaker for an ipa. Still pines, citrus and some spicey in the aroma. Flavor was grapefruit, hops, grass and spruce. Malty backbone that finished a little sweet a little hoppy. I like them more bitter.

A solid IPA with strong honey/sweet taste. Well hopped. Balanced. Very nice overall.
